About the Author

Sharon Lippincott has twenty years experience providing workshops and consulting services. She has helped organizations of all sizes achieve continuous improvement in the way people communicate and work together. As a Director for the Council on Realizing Exellence in Management (CoREM), she specializes in interpersonal and group communication and problem-solving techniques.

After graduating with distinction from Boston University, she earned a master’s degree in psychology from Central Washington University. She has taught courses at several colleges and universities, and is the author of dozens of published articles on professional development and self-improvement.
